The total delivery time is based on when the order leaves our warehouse and what shipping method you selected during checkout. International Orders can take longer to receive if the Customs Office in that country decides to inspect the package. During this time of the Coronavirus pandemic, international orders can take 30 days or longer to be delivered. International customers should first contact their local Post Office and Customs Office to see of they are holding your order for a signature or VAT tax payment.

Almost 99% of the time your credit card is declined is because you did not enter the correct billing address. There is a separate field for the shipping address and a separate field for the billing address that you need to fill in during checkout. It is very important that you provide the correct billing address for credit card orders. If the billing address doesn't match exactly what appears on file with your credit card company, the credit card transaction will be declined. So make sure you entered the correct billing address when you place the order. Also double check all of the other credit card information you entered to make sure it is correct (Credit Card Number, Name on Card, Expiration Date, Security Code on back of card)

Almost 95% of the time, when there is a complaint about germination, it is not because there is a problem with the seeds, but in the manner the gardener used to grow the seeds. We had gardeners tell us they used petri-dishes, paper towels, and regular topsoil to grow the seeds. We had other gardeners say they soaked the seeds in water and other weird solutions for several days prior to planting the seeds. The most common mistake however is (1) over-watering the seeds, (2) watering the seedlings too often, (3) covering the seeds with a plastic lid and thus not allowing proper ventilation, (4) and not having the optimum temperature (especially hot peppers which require constant higher temperatures than most vegetables). If the gardener simply followed the Planting Instructions on our website, they wouldn't have experienced any germination problems at all and would have avoided unnecessary frustration of the seeds not growing or the seedlings dying. We recommend using only Miracle-Gro Seed Starting Mix as other seed starting mix have been reported to cause poor germination.

They may complain that they grew all the hot peppers in the same manner, and some grew, while others did not grow. The majority of germination problems with hot peppers are caused by improper growing conditions. This is why we recommend all gardeners follow our Planting Instructions and watch our short video. The most common mistake growing hot peppers is (1) covering the seeds with a plastic lid or plastic wrap, thus not allowing proper ventilation, (2) and not having a constant temperature of 80-85 F. Hot peppers require higher temperatures than most other vegetables, and if the temperatures fluctuate during the day, you will have problems germinating the seeds. The optional Expedited Service is for those customers who need their orders filled quickly.

Expedited orders are filled first and are usually shipped the following business day.

Non-Expedited Orders are filled in the order they are received and could take a few days to leave our warehouse.

You should add Expedited Service to your order if you need your order filled quickly and should also add Priority Mail or Express Mail for shipping method during checkout.

We ship all orders via the USPS (US Post Office).

We are not responsible for non-delivered, lost, or damaged shipments. The optional Insurance Protection protects you from a lost or damaged shipment. Insurance Protection is recommended as the Seller's liability ceases upon the release of goods to the US Post Office. Insurance Protection is not available on International Orders. Protect yourself by adding Insurance Protection to the order. The buyer understands he bears all risk if he does not add Insurance Protection to the order and that he will not receive a refund for lost packages or damaged shipments. You must contact us by email the day the order is delivered to report undelivered or damaged shipments. No exceptions. Customers must contact their local Post Office before contacting us and ask the Postmaster about a shipment that shows that it has been delivered. The Post Office can track the package by GPS location and find out exactly where it was last scanned and delivered. If the USPS Tracking Information says it was delivered, you are not entitled to a refund, as this is Proof of Delivery. Note: If the order is lost in shipment, we will issue a refund, but we must wait 3 weeks to confirm that the order was lost, as it may be delayed because of inclement weather.

Note: Insurance Protection is not available on International Orders. There is tracking on some countries. The US Post Office doesn't track all International shipments because some countries have not standardized the worldwide tracking systems. The International Post Office, but not all, tracks some shipments to their destination. For those countries that do not track shipments, we only have tracking up to the departing airport in the USA. If you require tracking of your International order, we suggest that you select International Express Mail during checkout, and then you can track your package from the United States to the destination in your country!
