  5. What is Expedited Service?

    Expedited Service Orders are filled first and are usually shipped the following day.

    Non-Expedited Orders are filled in the order they are received and could take a few days to leave our warehouse.

    You should add Expedited Service to your order if you need your order filled quickly.

  6. What is Insurance Protection?

    We ship all orders via the US Post Office.

    The optional Insurance Protection protects you from a lost or damaged shipment.

    Insurance Protection is recommended as our liability ceases upon release of goods to Post Office and we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

    Protect yourself by adding the Insurance Protection to the order.

  7. What is the Estimated Time to Leave Our Warehouse and the Estimated Delivery Time?

    The estimated time to leave our warehouse is:

    Expedited Orders take at average of 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse. Expedited Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

    Non-Expedited Orders take an average of 3-10 business days to leave our warehouse.

    The estimated delivery time after leaving the warehouse is:

    US Orders

    First Class Parcels - 3 to 7 business days

    Priority Mail - 2 to 3 business days

    Express Mail - 1 business day (2 day deliver for some locations)

    International Orders

    First Class Parcels - 7 to 21 days business days

    Priority Mail - 5 to 10 days business days

    Express Mail - 3 to 5 days business days

    The total delivery time is based on when the order leaves our warehouse and what shipping method you selected during checkout. International Orders can take longer than 21 days, if the Customs Office in that country decides to inspect the package.

  9. Out of Stock Email Notification?

    If an item is not available, you have the option to be notified when the item is back in stock.

    Just click the "Notify Me When This Item is in Stock" button, and you will be notified via email when the item is available.

    If there is a Crop Failure, then the item will be out of stock until next season.

  12. How Many Seeds are in a Pack?

    The number of seeds per pack can be found in the product description.

    For example, pk/100 means pack of 100 seeds.

  13. What is a Backorder?

    If an item is marked BACKORDERED on your Sales Receipt, that means the item is currently out of stock, but we expect to have it soon from our seed supplier and we will ship it as soon as we receive it from our supplier.

  15. How do I know if the variety is a Heirloom, a Hybrid, or an Certified Organic variety?

    A Heirloom symbol will appear in the product description, if the variety is a heirloom.

    A Hybrid (F1) symbol will appear in the product description, if the variety is a hybrid.

    An Certified Organic symbol will appear in the product description, if the variety is Certified Organic.
