The plants spread only 36 inches, making them ideal for small gardens, raised beds, and intensive planting for higher yields. The fruits store well for up to 4 months, allowing you to enjoy fresh winter squash long after harvest. Also known as Cornell's Bush Delicata Squash and Sweet Potato Squash, this variety was developed by Molly Jahn and George Moriarty at Cornell University.
