This plant is determined to live. Mine started out the first half of the summer in a chronically underlit north-facing apartment, then spent a while in an unlit garage and still looked pretty good at the end of the season having been abruptly deposited in blazing sunlight and constant assault by squirrels. I'm impressed. Despite its circumstances it still produced several tangy, tasty, assertively-flavored fruits.
