2024 Results

I am tracking results for my tomatoes this year. Jetsetter has been one the the better varieties. I live near San Diego, CA, so cool nights till about mid-June. Average weight for 89 tomatoes is 5.81 oz, 20 were over 8 oz, and the largest weighed 17.57 oz. Pretty impressive variety.

It reliably ripens in NW Oregon. It bares early and continuously until fall. The fruit is large and tasty though some complain that the skin is tougher than most tomatoes. The plants are robust and need to be supported. I use one tomato cage zip tied upside down on top of another cage.
