The U of Minn Master Gardeners trialled paste tomatoes in 2010, and Sausage was one of the best-flavored in the trial and had by far the largest yield...average 78 fruit totalling 173 oz per plant, plus ripened fruit in norther Minnesota! It's my new favorite paste tomato.
