Packed for 2024 didn't sprout in 2026

After 3+ weeks I had no germination for the 'Packed for 2024' seeds that I planted indoors in 2026. Many other varieties of greens and other plants have sprouted and are doing well. I did have to stratify the spinach seeds in the fridge in wet paper towels to get them to sprout.
