This jalapeno has been one of our staples for a few years...
It runs very consistent mild heat in my garden and we usually pickle a couple of gallons in pint and quart jars. All of our friends comment on quality of taste and looks of uniform size fruit in the jar. Experimenting with a few new ones from the Chili Institute in Las Cruces, NM., but tam is still the overall favorite.
